Cancellation of Services

a. Client Initiated Cancellations: If the client cancels a contract with The Draft Company (TDC), the company does not adhere to any policies of returning or refunding any amount once it is received from the client.

b. Company Initiated Cancellations: The Draft Company reserves the right to cancel services at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment, violation of terms, or changes in project scope.

Refund Policy

Once payment is received, The Draft Company does not offer refunds in any case.

Unforeseen Circumstances

The Draft Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under this policy if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
